“I want to love the Hydojug Traveler. But there's a couple of things. The straw is too long. It's hard to drink out of. The straw is flat on the bottom of the jug. I have tried everything. Making sure it's pushed all the way into the lid. I'm afraid to cut it because it might break. I got out some fine grit sanding paper and went to town on the straw. But it only helped a little. I also received a free straw, which I thought would be nice. But it doesn't go to the hydrojug traveler. It goes with another water bottle i don't own. I can't use it. đ”
“They have a great product but they are lacking in service. Shipping takes forever. I wait 4 weeks for my last order. I would be fine with this if they would tell you that shipping takes that long before you place the order. My last order was also incomplete. I did get a reply that the part of my order that was missing would be shipped. Itâs been 2 weeks and I donât have the rest of my order.”
“I really love my new tumbler. My only complaint is that when there was a chip in the coating đ I reached out to customer service but I havenât heard back yet. I realize the chip is very small but itâs still a chip and I would assume it would become larger over time.”

“I loved the product! Their 40oz tumbler is amazing. Customer service and ship time is not the best. I understand their ship time is 5-10 days but my cup shipped after 13 days I received an email back 6 days after I sent one. It seems they are swamped and I understand, just wanted others to know this before ordering as I didnât.”
“3 stars because their customer service is not great. Otherwise, the cup is fine. No response to emails, no phone number to speak to a live person. Finally made a couple comments on social media and received a generic reply that was not helpful. After complaining, receive email of order being prepared to ship. It was obviously because of the negative comment from myself and many others.”
“The product itself is wonderful. I love how it looks and performs. The shipping however is horrible it took almost 3.5 weeks to get it! And the customer service is non existent. Noone answers emails or their phone when trying to get a status update.

“Shipping felt way longer than it should be. When I opened it, I felt that the cup was a little excessive in size (yes, I ordered the big one but itâs kinda awkward/heavy). The color is cute. It fits in my cup holders (wonât budge) but not perfectly. Itâs spill proof/leakproof and I love that! The straw is nice and doesnât leave that plastic taste in your mouth. My drink was cold all day but I will say that the ice melted by the end of the day.”
“I just received my traveler, a little disappointed, I went with the teal, because the one I wanted was sold out. Online the teal looks brighter, what I got looks faded nothing like the teal that is showed. It is a nice cup and keeps drinks cold.”
“The site quoted Id get the bottle in 7 business days, I got the bottle 2 weeks later. Saw the policy but if something is running late or short, there shouldn't be misconstrued information and quotes. The policy states they take longer on shipping during busy times but if that's the case don't quote me a shipping time, I would've just ordered pickup from Shields.”
