Mystery discount voucher promotion is a waste of our hard earned cash. Did not receive gift I was expecting. Not going to support Hyperli anymore unless I get a refund.

Purchased a spa treatment for what i thought was for 2 people only to real It was for 1 person. Now I am told they will refund me in a voucher. Sorry but can i please have my money back into my account like i had initially paid. What if i will want another product from you 3 years from now since the voucher is only valid for 3 years? Do the right tging and pay me back my money.

Service is pathetic & false advertising DO NOT BUY ITEMS from HYPERLI!!! ordered 2 items from HYPERLI on 15 April 2024 after numerous emails ,logging tickets , going to their instagram page only then I got acknowledged. Not to mention the pompous attitude from Chancel no customer skills. Received my order eventually on the 06 June 2024 completely false advertising nothing to what the deal offered wasted R643 and waiting on a refund, and I hope for your guys sake I get it !!! Everyone should just add their grievances to social media,if I read all this complaints your company should be ashamed to deliver such a service to clients. Cant upload my photos to show you the cheap items I received.

Bought spa vouchers and booked appointment, When I arrived the establishment had been closed down for a while. Hyperli refuses to reply to my emails.

I ordered 2 melton coats from Hyperli on the 11th April 2024 and I still haven't received my order. I have sent numerous emails to them and when I do get a response its either they are having a problem with their supplier ornthe shipment wasnt delivered. Why is Hyperli selling items that's not even in their possession. I was told that it would be delivered this week and the week is coming to an end. The best part is that today I received one of the emails and they are once again advertising the sale of the jackets but yet not fulfilling my order. Pathetic service and false advertising

I placed two orders on the 10th of April 2024. After 10 working days, I followed up and was quoted the maximum delivery time 15 working days. I receive half on one order only. After 15 working days I was assured I would receive a tracking number. Now after 20 working days Hyperli say there is a problem with the supplier and I cannot change the delivery address (we are moving) or get a refund. I can only a gift card. Why would I want to order something again after you could not deliver!

We had the worst experience at Brown Sugar Beauty bar in Craighall JHB. Advertised as a half day spa treatments and a high tea. The room where the massages were done was very small that the beds had to be pushed around while being massaged, This room can only accommodate 1 bed but we booked for 2. The towels on the bed were also wet , yet we were requested to cover with them . The shock was when we requested to use the bathroom , we were told to go outside to the mall. This meant , we had to fully dress into our clothes as there was no gowns to go to the bathroom. The high TEA included a glass of juice , half a sandwich and big corn bites . This was the worst ever experience . The massage room was also very untidy and dirty. This was false advertising and the pics are totally incorrrect😡😡😡

Highly disappointed and would not recommend Hyperli! My boyfriend bought a voucher for my birthday at Shakira spa & lodge through Hyperli, for NOVEMBER (valid for 6 months and expiring soon) After numerous attempts to make a booking the lodge failed to answer multiple times and when they did, the lodge was either fully booked, closed down or bussy with renovations. Bringing this situation forth to Hyperli multiple emails were ignored and told that they can't do anything and faild to supply us with an alternative or refund us, even though the situation is out of our hands.

I just received the robot vacuum cleaner after waiting for a very long time, that thing came dirty like it's been through the most, not only that the material is plastic so it makes hell of a noise it's as if it's a toy cat making noise. Hyperli is a scam period.

Roccomammas food was good, as with all other stores of the same name, however, the area that the Vangate Mall is situated is very risky and looks dangerous. I would not advise this area at all.

14 days with no reasonable update and still no delivery. When I followed up, I received a "We'll send the tracking number when the item arrives." Not good enough. It's now beyond their SLA, so I would like a refund. Total silence from Hyperli on that request.

Went to The Clipper Restaurant at The Commodore Hotel. Service was okay but the food was mediocre. The restaurant needs a makeover. Hyperli sells vouchers on behalf of places that don't have a great reputation or the business isn't doing so well. Won't be using Hyperli in the future!

I purchased 2 items in Dec, received them 10 days later, the day I received them, I complained and sent them back the next day. It is now 20th of January and I have not received any reply to my numerous mails regarding my refund, they have the goods and I don't have my money. I want a response....order 529726

Unacceptably poor service. Bought an item in December. They promise to deliver within 10 days. Still no delivery. Now order status changed to unfulfilled; no refunds and no communication. Never again will I buy anything through this website

No refunds when the establishment is closed on arrival. Even after confirming the reservation with them. Unacceptable. We won't be wasting anymore money at Hyperli.
