“I would like to say a big thank you for the fantastic customer service I received, from what initially I thought was going to be a nightmare when I tried to purchase them via the website as my transaction would not go through properly, turned out to be a very pleasant experience. After receiving an email to acknowledge I'd tried to place an order I phoned the number provided and spoke to a lovely young man who's name I sadly didn't get. He was extremely helpful had all my details and completed that transition with ease. I happened to mention the earings were for my mothers birthday, and to my surprise received the goods the following day via recorded delivery. A massive thank you as this made my mums day. I would recommend this site to anyone purely based on the service I received. The jewellery is also beautiful.”

“This shop was a delight to encounter...... I am delighted with the coat I bought, colours of the ocean....so soft to touch......I can't wait to wear it to my father's 90th birthday party! The website is uncluttered, colourful images, great descriptions.......very easy to navigate.....so so easy to make the purchase! The coat was in a sale.......superb discount! Thanks to sizing guide it was the right size.....and I am a very small woman. When the package arrived, it was beautifully wrapped- the box so neatly bound in brown paper and string....the proper way. And a hand written note expressing their hope that I'd love the coat....and I do! I will visit the webshop regularly as I want to support such a good company of such polite manners. Janie Lee”
