“Lovely shop full of handmade goodies. Very friendly and helpful staff. I’ve purchased numerous items here over the years and always had 5 star customer service with the personal touch. We are so blessed to have this little gem of an independent in Malvern.”

“Very pleased with this lovely "blue eyes" egg cup, was looking for a bright and eye-catching one, but of simple shape and didn't want any novelties or "funny". Very good quality, the colour is fantastic and what is very important underglazed, so won't get scuffed or lose it's brightness. Was very well packed and promptly delivered. Would by again.”

“What a lovely company this is! The website has so many gorgeous handmade products I always find that special gift (sometimes for me!). Communication is very good as well with friendly emails to keep you up to date. When the parcels arrive it is obvious care and attention has gone into getting them ready. A company who really know how to deliver excellent customer service.”
