“The card took a week to arrive, which surprised me. I assumed, perhaps wrongly, that £1.50 postage would arrive much sooner. The card was well protected in a cardboard backed envelope, which I appreciate must be included in the overall postage fee. Sorry to be so picky.”

We're so sorry to hear that the card took much longer than it should have - Royal Mail seem to have been having some trouble lately and I fear your card must have gotten caught up in it. “The Vase had so many faults I lost count. The silver penguin had some faults too. Customer service was poor. Not really sorry for the inconvenience I endured for having sent me 2 faulty items. Whatever quality checks are done they need upgrading.”
