“Discovered Iapetus whilst searching for birthday cards that are a bit different. They are exactly that. I bought a fantastic card for my son, 'Alexander the strongman', just what I was looking for. My son loved it. Delivered on time and the delivery note had a lovely hand written message on it. Will definitely be buying again. Thanks Iapetus.”

“I would like to congratulate impetus on such a remarkable array wonderful gifts and cards. Recently, I bought a stunning Avoca coat. This week I treated myself, and my family, to some lovely jewelry. My package came on time. All my purchases were handled with care in the delivery and wrapping processes. I would highly recommend this delightful store. The customer service is the best I've had.”

“Iapetus were very good. The actual manufacturer, however, not so good (Nick Hubbard Jewellery) the bracelet I ordered came with the wrong chain attached (it was a smaller, flimsy chain) and looked rubbish (I have one of the same type already) This was sorted eventually, the right chain was added. However as this was a christmas present from my partner, who works away, this ruined my christmas in some ways as I got the finished bracelet when my partner had again gone abroad. I would buy from Iapetus again as the service was excellent both times I have purchased there. I wouldn't buy Nick Hubbard again and have actually stopped wearing the bracelets now, despite loving the one I had prior to this incident. I would have expected to be compensated for the issue, instead I got a card thanking me for supporting their small business. It made me quite angry.”
