“The items arrived really well packaged, I barely needed to wrap them. The additional note book was a lovely touch. Was slightly surprised at size of charm and chain on necklace whilst still being really pretty I felt that some size indication on website would have helped. All in all very happy with purchases.”

“I bought a few things for my family for Christmas, overall nothing too expensive, but the care and attention that had gone into my delivery was so sweet! There was a personal handwritten note on the delivery list (from Callum, hi!) detailing what all the little beautifully, securely, wrapped items were so that I didn't have to unwrap them to check, as well as some Christmas chocolates hiding among the packing peanuts (!!) - it made me feel really happy to see the effort that had been made to ensure everything arrived just perfect (while even saving on wrapping material), the delivery arrived quickly and the items themselves were loved by the people who received them. Thank you so much, will definitely find reason to shop from you again :)”

“Brilliant service. A Christmas gift I ordered online arrived broken despite careful packaging. When I rang the Worcester shop to let them know what had happened, they arranged for a replacement and delivered it, in person, to my home in Malvern to make sure it arrived in tact. I really appreciated it , thank you again.”
