“I spotted a lovely item when visiting the shop in Great Malvern and was able to buy it online as a surprise gift. It was very well packaged and arrived quickly with great communication from the shop.”

“I have never been disappointed with any of the items I have purchased from Iapetus but what turns it into a personal experience is that the staff take the trouble to include a hand-written Thank You note when dispatching your items. A delightful touch.”

“I love the variety of cards on offer and I particularly like the laser cut cards. The cards always arrive promptly and I think the little note on the receipt is a lovely touch. This is the first place I look when I want to send something “a bit special”.”

“What a delight! Not only was the 'scratching hare' cushion better than I imagined, Callum included a couple of cheerful notes and a few thoughtful gifts for good measure. In a world of computer generated "have a nice days" that gentle touch set me up for Christmas and a return to Iapetus in the near future.”

“Such a beautiful product (Jo Downs Glass Fish) - fast delivery & extremely well packaged .... I can honestly say that Iapetus' customer service is second to none! :) I don't normally leave feedback but felt compelled to do so, as I have never come across such a friendly, polite and considerate salesperson before. Ryan went over & above what was expected of him. As an online customer I was unable to go into the store but on each & every occasion I called for assistance he was extremely patient and nothing was too much trouble for him. He very kindly took photographs of the individual fish (& there were many), together with all their dimensions in order that I could choose carefully which ones I would like. He is truly one of a kind & whilst I am sure his employers are well aware that he is a real asset to their company, I wanted to share online. I will definitely be using Iapetus again & will most certainly be recommending it to my friends & family. Thank you so much for all your help Ryan :)”
