“The bespoke clock we ordered despite being packaged extremely well arrived damaged. We immediately contacted Iapetus who were very polite and professional and arranged collection of the damaged clock and a replacement to be sent. My only suggestion would be to add fragile tape on the packaging and maybe a ' This way up' sign on it. However I can't wait for my new clock to arrive as it's beautiful and quirky.”

“I bought the lovely little owl pendant for my daughter. It is tiny and beautiful-just the sort of thing she likes. She works for the RSPB so birds are her passion and she has a special love for owls. The parcel arrived amazingly quickly. I will certainly buy again-all the jewellery is unusual and pretty. Thanks.”

“I was shopping for an affordable unique gift for a friend. Not only did I find something perfect for her in minutes, I was able to make a note during ordering so I was given personal attention to my order ensuring it made it to the correct address. Customer service was top notch! Gift wrapping was well worth paying for! My friend said they were wrapped so nicely she didn't want to open them! Also I ordered from the US for a friend in the UK, and customer serive assured me it would post to the right location, let me know the day it posted, AND issued a quick refund of shipping to the US! I cannot say enough to express how impressed I was with how my entire experience was. Totally exceeds expectations in all areas! Thank you for such wonderful service and such wonderful selection!
