Bought a product from Ideal World Shopping. Everything went well Item was fine dleivered quickly etc until it developed a fault. Now Ideal World are not intersted as my item was purchased though the Ideal World which went bust. The new Ideal World will not help. Can not get in touch with the manufacturer. I have sent numerous requests to try to arrange repair to date nothing. I should of just gone to a high street shop. Beware.

I made a purchase before the company went bust and the return was on its way back before they come off are. My return parcel as far as I am is being held at the Asda to you depot as it can't access ideal world to take back the returns. I am not holding much hope if getting my money back for the return I think this is shocking for everyone in the same boat as myself I contacted the email address provided on the site and the response was we will be back in touch with you.

Where is Elizabeth Grant products?? Very disappointing and please STOP with theviver sell of watches!! Every night!! Your viewers are not collectors so only need 1 or 2.....boting boring boring.

Was placing an order online(06/01/21) when got phoned from ideal world sales person who said she would deal with it over the phone. I proceeded to place the order taking the flexi payment offer and paying with my mastercard. Received confirmation by e-mail of first payment took and order number. On 13/01 I went into my account to check delivery status only to find out order had been cancelled. I managed to speak with someone on the live chat line who informed me it had been cancelled as flexi payment was not accepted on master card. I asked why I was not informed of this stating I was was not happy about it but agreed to re order item with my visa card. When tried to re order said item it was not available an E bike costing £799.The first payment was refunded on 7/01. At no time was I informed of cancellation. Have now bought one from elsewhere. Will never use them again.

I have never had to send anything back from Ideal world, I have been a customer for years and always recieved products on time and great condition other wise they would have gone straight back. My only problem was trying to speak to a customer service agent who's English wasnt gd and found it hard to understand.

Beware Feedback Calls From Ideal World Over the course of several years I have bought items from Ideal World and generally have been satisfied with the products and the delivery of those items. I have not had an occasion to return any of the items bought. I do though agree with other comments relating to the Blue Magic cleaner. It is ok as a general cleaner for the bathroom etc. but doesn't perform in the way it is demonstrated on TV. Useless on cleaning an oven for example. This review though is to warn about a supposed feedback call that may be received. I had a call from a lady with an east European accent saying she was ringing to see if the product I ordered had arrived and was all everything ok. She then went on to say that as a regular customer I was being rewarded with a credit of £5 added to my account. She then went on to tell me that I would be receiving a free Supercard that would entitle me to discounts via many retailers. The call lasted sometime and it was only when I suggested there would be a cost to this card that she told me it was free for just two weeks after which a sum close to £100 would AUTOMATICALLY BE TAKEN. At this point, and with the tone of the call, I suspected it may be a scam call. I sent an email to Ideal World and received a prompt reply to confirm the call was from Ideal World and that they have removed me from the promotional call list. This is a very underhand way of selling and many people, especially some of the elderly, will be conned into taking up this offer and then find they are massively out of pocket. I have suggested to Ideal World that they should review this method of selling. They are making unsolicited calls and getting around that by claiming it is a feedback call relating to purchased items. BEWARE.

Usually have no trouble but now a Vibrapower exercise machine has not turned up . They have been trying to find it but only because I have pursued it. However, they didn't appear to care less that it cannot be reordered because they have sold out. They need to improve their customer service. I won't bother with them again if they can't be bothered with me.

Recently had to return an item that had obviously been sitting in a warehouse for many years. I was told to drop the item down to my nearest Asda and when I informed them that I was actually registered disabled they arranged a collection for me which I thought was fantastic until they failed to turn up on the said day and when I asked the collections fella he told me they had only been emailed that morning [the next day as to what was arranged] to come collect the parcel that needed returning.

Quite often their special deals are a con. Especially now on their birthday week as they have put up the prices and given a discount which is less than the normal special deal price anyway. Only item I have been really satisfied with is the Halogen oven which I bought when on special deal. Drill bits failed as the tips broke off drilling quite soft material and replacement cost are not worth it.

Oh dear. It’s so obvious that Ideal World are trying to win back customers from its previous time on tv but it seems the TJC model is dominant and it just won’t work. The products are a bit tatty, the graphics are bad and it’s all a but cheap and nasty now. I have to admit that I fell for the hype a few weeks back and bought a pair of trainers. They arrived…both of them were for the right foot and one of them had very obviously been worn. Honestly my husband and I just laughed and said never again. The plus is that the refund went through smoothly and return postage was paid. I’d avoid but if you want to take a chance I hope it works out.

I loved the old ideal world but don't like the new one . I have bought quite a lot from tjc but only on line . I think it was so much better before like qvc but not anymore .I was for years in the 1960s a store demonstrator and I also worked at the ideal home and other exhibitions and its just like the speal we used to sell products. It's lost its heart .

Ideal world just shown nice leather bags-but we never get shown around inside the bag at all.Also perfume,not told some idea of the smell/what its made of etc.Programmes never start dead on time.Prefered the old Ideal World.

If leanard can replace wrong items sent to me asap he did on his computer why can Luxary replace again wrong items sent to me saying it’s up to the warehouse to make that decision !! What I’ve paid for 3 bengaline trousers but I must take it to Asda which I have no problem only parking ticket to be paid for and you won’t help me with your mistake then to confuse me more Luxary said they will refund me !!! I just want a replacement so how can 2 customer service agents have different rules !!!! And as a customer I’m still blocked because I made a mistake on their credit easy pay ? Which I can’t remember as I’ve always from years ago always paid and been a good customer so things don’t change !!! I felt there was no understanding from customer agent today unlike last time

I ordered a watch on the 9 October now 20 no watch numerous e mails and phone calls keep being told its with heroes bad customer service good customer lost tough

Super stretch bengalines are so comfortable but all the elastic 'pinged' down the seams after wearing 3-4 times!!! Not a good look. Looks like fine hairs☹️

Would be five stars for the product but the container triggers are rubbish Williams wash and wax the product in the bottle is superb, but over the last year or so the triggers on the bottles have become cheaper and cheaper now your lucky if they work for 2 minutes. This spoils a great product

I bought garden compost in February 2021 and when it arrived found it's not the same quality as I previously purchase. It was more 80% wood fibre, grey in colour, The quality had being reduced. Ideal World just return my money and said keet the goods , but it's is no use for my garden plants, so I must dispose of it my self.

I ordered double XX paellas Don't know what they are flat The not very good Could you send replacements out I can buy better pills and cheaper at the range
