Despite being advise my order was delivered IT Was not delivered! They do not respond and when they do it’s of a label and not showing where it was delivered. All over Facebook community page no one is getting their deliveries. ITS THEFT FROM THE COMPANY PLEASE DO JOT USE THIS COMPANY OR ORDER ANYTHING THAAT USES THIS COMPANY

My package was ordered 31 st October. Paid Tax on 4rh November. Received email flight is delayed. Its now nearly 10 days. And I ordered for my friends. R2010 AND tax was R773. Someone is ripping us off or stealing our parcels. Lodge several complaints. Nothing.

WARNING WARNING WARNING I give them 1 star because there isn’t anything less here than 1star. I would give them 0 No stars . First time dealing with there couriers service and NEVER again. I to was Ripped off lied to spoken in emails disrespectfully they were in denial the whole time and don’t even bother with the phone calls they NEVER answer I have called few times NO answer. And after many back and forth emails when I could email asking where is my purchases. I bought the items on ‘My Amour ‘ on Pinterest. There reasons are at first it’s on its way then it’s excuse after excuse. They question you if your address is correct then they say they tried to deliver but couldn’t find the apartment block. Finally they say they found my apartment and delivered it by leaving it on the floor in the ground floor secured entrance. I’m on the 2nd floor. But this is not the end they only delivered 1/2 of my products I’m still waiting for the 3 rd item I paid for. And I ordered the products in July Now 8/10/24. I purchased they have blocked my emails I’m not able to contact them. Other than on google search which is how I got here. I paid for 3 items and received 2 and I don’t think I will ever see the other. And to it up icing on the cake as we say here in Australia. The company I purchased from is called: My Amour. It was on Pinterest I saw the products I intend on letting Pinterest know of there shady ways. The woman I spoke to by email when at the start was named Christine she also Blocked my email I can’t send her any responses now. If you want to lose money or have many months of stress then help yourself stay away from these two companies: MY AMOUR and IMILE courier company. I’m a big believer in Karma so it reverse.

I have been waiting for my parcel for the past two I payed the taxes immediately. I don’t what do cause I can not get hold of anyone on this currier service.

I am very unhappy with imile courier I ordered from Aliexpress Samsung display. you received it on 09 October 2024 with imile tracking #3701051542192. after one week when i call you you said the package was empty. I contacted Aliexpress they said package was sent as per order. You have lost my package and failed to deliver and No one contacted me its been a week, What kind of services do you do??????

Before you send the items to deliver just call or inform early so that we can prepare and arrange because we are also working not all the time we are only at home. Train your driver or delivery person that thier work is to deliver the items and be nice to customer not to become rude, we are paying and spending time and money also… its like they are the boss the way they treat a customer… i hope this is the last i encounter as a customer.

This company is a joke! Their driver took a photo of the street number, and pretended my parcel was delivered. I finally found it in front of another unit next to the entry of our complex (14 townhouses here, not so difficult to find the right one). Do not buy stuff from comapnies using this courier company! By the way, the parcel was from Zara (Australia).

Package was said delivered (I was home, there was no delivery) and I immediately started emailing and whatsapp messaging them constantly with ZERO reply from any channel for over a week. Awful.

They will charge you different tax for the same amount and the same items. My order from SHEIN was R2500 last week my tax R590 this week same item R2490 my tax R1190 can someone please explain what is going on

I've had about 4 deliveries from shein with imile as the selected carrier and I've always received my packages faster than anticipated. My most recent order was placed on Friday the 18th, and by today Wednesday the 23rd I'd already received my parcel. Happy with their communication as well, I always know where my parcels are

Worst courier company. They lose packages. They don’t communicate and they don’t have any customer service. No way to contact them. It’s all online bots.

Such a bad experience, chat to on WhatsApp helps with absolutely nothing,only one day before I must receive my package suddenly my address is unclear after all those weeks and they pick the day before now I must fix it or else they will return my package.

I've been waiting 5 days for my delivery, and despite messaging them through their chatbot every day and marking my order as urgent, I've received no response. My package is still stuck in Mussafah. They only tried to deliver it once, and I doubt they'll try again. It's now been 11 days in total, and still no sign of my items. Very disappointed with the service.
