“I purchase items through SHEIN all the time and never had a problem until they used imile for delivery and my packages never showed up, it’s been 2 months now by the way. I tried calling their customer service number and it’s out of service or it says it’s busy. I sent emails and never got a response back. I even went as far as tweeting them to ask where my packages are and still no one responded. I had to cancel my order, good thing I had a refund through SHEIN. imile sucks big time. I can’t believe SHEIN has been doing business with imile for over 4 years losing money with all the refunds because packages never show up. SHEIN, please do better and ditch imile.”

“They didn't knock on the door or even attempt to leave the package on my property, I have been home every day and they never knocked on the door. The package was left on the street not even on my property and it must've been stolen. They took a picture apparently when it was delivered and it was supposed to be 11:30am yet in this picture it's completely dark outside and definitely was not delivered at that time they say. Terrible delivery service, they should be forced to cover the costs of my stolen package. Amazon terms and services say it must be left in a secure location and if unable to contact owner they will attempt 3 times to deliver it again. They've broken their own terms of services, i've lost $100 and a package which has been stolen due to this terrible delivery service. Here's a tip, next time if you have to actually leave the package it's not so hard to actually walk onto the property or leave it at the front door because on the street outside the fence is unacceptable that's not even a secure location or on my property. How can that be considered delivered to address if it's not on my property?”

“Horrible service and policies. Apparently, delivery was attempted ONE time, but I received no call and nobody came to my home. The package was returned to sender before I was even notified there was a delivery issue. I contacted customer service a week before and was told to be tiene, my package was waiting to be delivered. Then, out of nowhere, it was returned with 0 attempts made. Scum. They deserve 0 stars they were so incompetent and awful.”

“Contacted this companies email twice, nothing yet, tried to track my package, it's said "out for delivery and will reach you shortly" Since 8:30am yesterday morning. It's now 1:35pm the following day and I've still not received my package, nor gotten an email response, and nothing on the tracking site has been updated to reflect that at all.
