“My parcel is with imile for a week.
I received notifications that they missed the delivery. If there is any problem with the address, they should atleast call me.
I called them twice and gave me my location but still the parcel hasnt been delivered.”
“This courier company is worse ever, since my stuffs are ready to deliver on last November 17, 2021 but until now I didn't receive my items and everyday I called them to follow and they said next day you'll receive but nothing. Always change reschedule the delivery. I'm unhappy and unsatisfied this courier company.”

Both the times I got a call from an Imile delivery associate, he was just rude and unprofessional.
He just delayed my delivery both the times by saying he is at some other area for delivery. He even said in a rude tone that I should pay him some amount for the delivery and when i denied and asked him why he said “will you pay me for my petrol then”?!
What sort of behavior is this!?
The last call I received from him, he told he will come in the evening and he did not. I waited for him and he said he is still in some other area. Please send people in the area in their assigned area or they dont fulfill the duties.
