“Worst delivery company!! Don’t know why SHEIN trusted this!!! You have to educate your delivery guys!!! My delivery was very late!! I did card payment the day I ordered!!! It seems like the delivery guy was very lazy to bring my parcel in my room!! He is asking me to come down and take it!!! Why?!! Because it’s already paid?!!! And not responsible for taking any cash payment!!! And the delivery guy told me that he will not give my parcel and I have to take it in your WAREHOUSE!!! THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE AT ALL!!!!! I received notifications that they missed the delivery. If there is any problem with the address, they should atleast call me.

Both the times I got a call from an Imile delivery associate, he was just rude and unprofessional.
He just delayed my delivery both the times by saying he is at some other area for delivery. He even said in a rude tone that I should pay him some amount for the delivery and when i denied and asked him why he said “will you pay me for my petrol then”?!
What sort of behavior is this!?
The last call I received from him, he told he will come in the evening and he did not. I waited for him and he said he is still in some other area. Please send people in the area in their assigned area or they dont fulfill the duties.
