“Terrible experience, very unprofessional, no response whatsoever and way to contact a human being, and if you are lucky and find someone to talk to, he or she does absolutely nothing.
My delivery arrived from the source and was kept at their store for 3 days before sending it out for delivery, the first delivery boy didn’t deliver it and when I contacted him he wrote to me that he is busy and my location will waste his time while my location is very central and easy to reach, and when I told him I will complain he wrote back that he doesn’t care and good luck for me with my complain, I managed to call the company the next day and complained, they apologized with no action taken and rescheduled my delivery to the next day (total of 6 days waiting), and the next day another delivery boy contacted me and also by the end of the day he called me saying he will not be able to come and the delivery will be rescheduled. Unbelievably rude, stupid, unprofessional, unresponsive, I don’t believe the way they operate, they should be out of the market.”
“The worst customer service I have ever received it in uae not professional at all from the call Center to the drivers ( attitude - unprofessional - careless about receiving the orders or not ) even if you complain to the customer service 100 times the same thing nothing will be changed ( Learn from Aramex ) no uniform no mask and all the rudeness very bad”

“Worst delivery company!! Don’t know why SHEIN trusted this!!! You have to educate your delivery guys!!! My delivery was very late!! I did card payment the day I ordered!!! It seems like the delivery guy was very lazy to bring my parcel in my room!! He is asking me to come down and take it!!! Why?!! Because it’s already paid?!!! And not responsible for taking any cash payment!!! And the delivery guy told me that he will not give my parcel and I have to take it in your WAREHOUSE!!! THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE AT ALL!!!!!
