“Have not been on an Indus tour.”

“Was not happy with our trip to the Galapagos. The rest of our group went on a 5 hour snorkel with all the animals and Susan and I walked the beach and were taken to see the land tortoises, which we had toured the day before and walked to see 10 flamingos, which we could have done on our own. Very disappointing. Banks was another stop that we were all disappointed in as well. However, Edison, our guide and Marcos, our driver were amazing. Just disappointed that we weren't on the original boat that had cancelled after we booked our trip. The boat ride to the island was horrendous with everyone throwing up for the 2 hours. The cruiser would have been more delightful.”

“Booking and traveling with Indus was a great experience. Marian and Eddie, our guide and driver were amazing and entertaining. The hotels were all very nice and every accommodation was made to make us welcome and comfortable! We are already working on next year's trip.”

“Still waiting for a credit for excursions we paid through Indus that were not available on the trip. We paid 200 each for the trips and have not received the credits to our credit cards yet.”

“Had an awesome time on our group trip to Tuscany Italy travelling with Indus Travel. We were kept up to date with schedule/airline timings or accommodation changes. Never an issue.”

“Overall the trip was very good. We meet a lot of nice people, seen beautiful sights, stayed at very nice hotels and ate delicious meals. However, there were a few glitches. When we were picked up at the airport, our driver dropped us at the wrong hotel and we had to find our own way to the correct location. We arrived in the morning and were unable to get to our rooms as it was too early for check -in. When it came time to meet our driver\tour guide on day 3, no one knew or recognized the name Indus. We later found out that we were on an "Abbey Tour" - which would have been nice to know and saved a lot of confusion. On the day we were to go to Blarney Castle, the Castle was closed due to the weather conditions. I am sure we paid to go to the Blarney Castle and I realize it was not the driver's fault, but we were not offered anything to replace that experience. We were offered something extra that evening to fill our day but that was at our own cost of an EXTRA $35. We did not have a tour guide on our bus, just the driver doing all the driving and the talking. He was very efficient at his job, but did have to concentrate on driving as his first concern. Overall, like I said, it was a good time.”

“I enjoyed my essential Vietnam Cambodia and Thailand tour last March 16 to March 30 2023. Interesting countries, good breakfast. I feel safe with our tour guide and helped me find laundry service.”

“We were looking for a customized, small group tour. We took a chance on Indus without knowing much about the company. We just returned from our trip and are more than highly pleased and satisfied of our experience. They planned an amazing itinerary, booked amazing hotels and transfers and tour guides went above and beyond to please us. We are already planning another trip next year and will be using Indus.”

“While the trip was great and well managed on the ground, there were a few issues - 1) There is a disconnect between Indus and the local tour company. The local tour company told us that two of the day excursions were not included. This caused us anxiety and we spent time making alternate arrangement while on tour. However, Indus finally sorted this out. 2. Indus delayed booking or local flight until a few days of tour started even if they had asked for our flight information several months in advance. Then they booked a local flight at 7 AM while a 10AM or 9AM flight would be more reasonable. They will not change it even if we offered to pay the difference. At the end we did not use their provided flight but bought additional at our own. 3 Indus is not very good in responding to e-mail or callback when you send them a message or chat with them. 4. There is no info about the final trip on their website.”

“I loved my Egypt and Dubai tour. From the moment I arrived in Cairo and was met by a friendly individual until the night I left Dubai and was dropped off at the airport by a new friend. I was very nervous about this trip but ended up feeling safe the entire time. I will never forget these memories. I made new friends with my wonderful group. I’ll definitely book again in the future. Thank you!”

“We have taken two trips with Indus, Morocco and Greece. On both trips, our experiences exceeded our expectations. Whatever was promised was delivered. The local agents were always very helpful, friendly and the guides knowledgeable.”

“This was my first trip with Industtravel. The hotels were clean service good and the food was all pretty good. The support seemed to be lacking, in general not good communication. Drivers are not always timely, and Water was not available on tours. I would book again since I have a better idea of what to expect.”
