Had a chance to see the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque and the Dubai Museum. Enjoyed a thrilling desert safari with a BBQ dinner. This was an optional tour so I had to book it separately. This trip was a perfect blend of cultural insights and modern attractions, making it ideal for travelers seeking a comprehensive UAE experience.

The trip was extraordinary! We appreciated the attention to detail with flights, someone to meet us at the airport and take us to hotels, and guides for every excursion. The hotels were great exceptAnew Resort Hazyview. It was a little hard to get around with the different slopes on the walkways. The rooms were large, but the lower level sitting area had deep steps to navigate. We found it difficult to obtain Rand for dollars while at hotels. The Peermont hotel had a currency exchange but the fee was too high for the amount we wanted to exchange. Even the ATM's charged $7.00 for even 20.00 Rand. The safaris at both Chobe and Kruger were beyond expectations. Our drivers worked very hard to make sure that we saw a variety of animals. Our only issue came when our flight from Johannesburg to Cape Town was cancelled. We were able to get on the next flight 2 hours later, but had trouble getting a message to the driver who was picking us up. They had no way of knowing we changed flight #s and arrival times. When we tried the office #, it was closed, we tried the emergency # and couldn't get through. We finally tried calling our driver/guide Ben who had dropped us off at the airport and after numerous calls reached him so he could relay the message to our driver in Cape Town. That was very stressfull and unnecessary. It was unexpected to only have one other couple with us, but made it easier to get around without waiting for a larger group.

If you're a wildlife lover, Kruger National Park alone is worth the trip. The game drives were amazing, and the chance to see the Big Five in person is a dream come true. Try your luck. I was able to see 3 of them, not bad for sure!

Exploring the bustling streets of Lisbon and Porto was exhilarating. The latter part of the tour in the Algarve region provided much-needed relaxation on golden beaches. This blend made for a well-rounded and enjoyable vacation.

Covered all the major attractions efficiently. The safari experience in Kruger was a standout and Cape Town's beauty is unmatched. 10 Days in South Africa were unforgettable, for sure!

Still feel that I am cruising around Halong Bay. Sights to behold for sure. One must visit this place once in their lifetime. Also, booked an optional tour to see the breathtaking sunrise at Angor Wat. Would say proud of the decision I made. Must do this if you book this tour.

Visited Rome, Venice, Florence, Pisa, Milan, Cinque Terre, and many more places. The highlight for me was the visit to the Murano Glass Factory watching the artisans at work was mesmerizing. Our tour manager was exceptional, always ensuring we had the best experience possible.

Wholesome trip. Explored cities like Rome, postcard picture-worthy Switzerland, and Paris. Got to see Europe's most iconic spots. Enjoyed a gondola ride along the Grand Canal in Venice. What will I remember forever? The cable car ride in Grindelwald. I couldn't believe my eyes! The scenery was indeed heavenly. I highly recommend taking this tour as it was well-organized and had the best of these amazing destinations.

We booked a trip to Italy with Indus Travel and had a wonderful time. Our trip was October 2024. Nataliya was great to work with, she was so understanding and always available to answer my questions and help to set my mind at ease. She always made me feel like a valued client.

Indus Travel expected our group to provide it’s own transportation for the optional tours. I paid for 2 tours which I was not able to see. Please find another tour agency.

I had a great trip to Peru and Machu Pichu! Everyone that picked us up at the airport or hotel was kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. The guides we had were fun and charming. In Machu Pichu, Julian was kind and held my hand going up the second circuit of Machu Pichu. We met great people. I had a great time and would recommend your agency.

The tour was extremely interesting and chock full of events. Personnel on site were very helpful about making connections, guides and other factors. The only problem was that most of the hotels, while very plush and nice, where in the outskirts of town and it was difficult to walk and see the cultural "downtown" areas. On the occasions when we interacted with the citizens and communities (in Kathmandu and is Pushkar), everyone enjoyed those events. Overall, it was a very enjoyable tour.

Indus should have advised us of the itinerary change much sooner. Others on the tour knew of it awhile ago. Failure ti act resulted in poor flights which included 2 different flights.

We were extremely pleased with our self drive trip. We went to all the places you suggested and more. Was not impressed with the hotel in Siracusa because it was a little out of the way, there was only one elevator and it wasn't working for part of our stay. The traffic in the 2 main cities was quite difficult to navigate but we managed with no issues. It might be advisable to suggest to prospective travelers that a trans pass would be great for highway travel. We were able to visit the whole island and be aware of the various landscapes from mountains to green fields to the sea and beaches as well as the arid landscape. It was a worthwhile experience for mother and daughter team. The food was amazing 😻

After considering several travel companies, and tours our family decided on the Treasures of Rome and Amalfi Coast tour. It was the tour we wanted and included the sites we were looking forward to seeing. The tour was wondeful, however I did have to contact indus from Rome when our Vatican tour and train tickets were not at hotel reception. Fortunately Candida was able to email the documents before we needed them, and the hotel did have them printed later that day.

I liked the day by day schedule provided. However our change of hotels did increase our expenses with taxi costs to go anywhere in split. The staff wasn't able yo help us with thjngs to do. Not really a tourist hotel. There was no entertainment on the captains dinner night on the ship. Overall the guides crew and captain were outstanding. Meaks were excellent

Extremely well organized. Drivers always there with a sign with our names to take us to our next adventure. Accommodations were clean and walking distance to main strips.

This was my second trip through Indus. I can say the easy booking and follow up was great. I was a tad nervous however in not receiving and hotel confirmations vouchers for tours and cruise until three days before departure. Getting this two weeks in advance would lessen the anxiety. When my flight was cancelled a the end of the day you came through and were able to assist in new travel arranged quickly with some bonuses in a dinner tour. However initially when my flight was canceled and I am sitting at the airport in a panic your receptionist was not helpful. She advised me that my agent was on lunch break and that she was entitled to the full hour of her break. Which I agreed is the norm. But when there are cancellations and threats of loosing a whole trip or it chipping at your confidence on doing your first solo trip. It was not helpful . All in all it was amazing thank you

The ground tours provided in both Cape Town and Dubai were excellent. The guides were very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The air travel experience was not good as my son and I were booked on separate tickets. His ticket was issued together with two other travellers he did not know at the beginning of the tour. What ever way the tickets were issued we could not access our tickets on line to check in early, change seats, or check for an upgrade. My ticket was mixed up with another passenger (Kathryn Morrison) and when I paid for an extra bag it was credited to her account and not mine. This inconvenience caused a lot of stress and anxiety. Also in Cape Town, we did not receive a tour of Capetown as promised in the program.

For the most part the trip was okay, however, it was very discouraging to be paired up with another Indus tour making our maximum tour size in the 50's. We paid for a small tour!! The other tour was so rude and really made our time not enjoyable. There was also two instances that our tour guide had the wrong hotel information given to her by mistake. We also had to switch busses unannounced mid trip for who knows what reason. For the most part the people in Spain and Portugal were very inviting. In Salamanca we were treated very badly at numerous restaurants. Maybe forego that city for future visits. Also would have liked to visit smaller villages. The amount of people in the big cities was too much. Our tour guide Blanca was awesome! The local tour guides were all great except a few who really didn't enjoy what they were doing.
