“I. T. kept me apprised of my order and when it would get here. My order (new drum for printer) arrived on time and well packaged. It worked perfectly. InkToner also has a good website, too.”

“First time I’ve tried the on-line option and, so far, so good! I did have a problem resetting the printer but through no fault of the cartridges. I’m sure I’ll be back, even though they are made in China.”

“Prices are very reasonable and shipping is fast. Product is of good quality most of the time. Occasionally when a cartridge gets "old" it will start leaking toner on the edge of pages and can't be fixed, just has to be replaced. But have not had this problem with the last few cartridges I have ordered.”

“I have not open my recent purchase. But from my previous experiences Items have always been great. I trust this one will be fine. My old toner just needed a shake and now is working fine. It's low but I believe I have at least 100 more pages.”

“OK, I finally installed the new toner. Just got my first printed page and overall it is good, except for the blue lines that follow the right border from top to bottom of the page. Is this fixable? Also, is it safe to dispose of the old cartridges in the regular trash? I will put them in the plastic bags that had the new cartridges. Overall I am pleased with the purchase because you are less than half the price of the brand cartridges.”
