“I don’t have a negative comment but the ink cartridges received do not work with my Brother MFC J995DW. When I attempted to install the cartridges the copy machine refused to accept it. I had ran out of the yellow cartridge , why it did what it did is beyond my comprehension. I had to remove it and placed another cartridge but not one you sent me. I am hoping to return the cartridges for a refund. You were prompt and no problem, it just won’t work on my copy machine.”

“We haven't had a chance to use the toners we ordered since we ordered before we ran out. But I would like to say that I was impressed that they shipped out our products within a couple of hours of ordering. Also, we got a great price since we ordered on "Cyber Monday". Even without the special pricing, their prices can't be beat!”
