“Great people. Quick and friendly service. I had a small warranty issue. I called them. They immediately shipped me a replacement cartridge at no charge for the cartridge or shipping. I will continue ordering their products.”

“First time customer. Product performed as I had hoped. My Hp computer and printer we’re serviced by major store technician …but I was out of hard to come by ink…health and mobility issues made it hard to shop…ordering from this made it easy to get a quality source of ink for a “somewhat “ older HPPrinter #60.”

“Initially, our order was mistakenly picked so the toner cartridges that arrived did not fit our Xerox Phaser 6010 printer. Your staff quickly recognized the problem and took immediate steps to replace the toner cartridges. Within just a few days the new and correct cartridges arrived and worked perfectly when installed. Many thanks to you and the staff for providing outstanding customer service and a quality product.”

“I couldn't have asked for a better experience from the InkTonerStore. This is the second time I've ordered from you and I will continue to order in the future, too. It is fast, easy, and efficient. The first time I ordered from you, I worked with an amazing lady- I think her name was Jessie. She was so kind and patient and helped me so much (she even facetimed with me!) to figure out what kind of ink I needed to order. She was amazing. You cant' get that type of customer service at a bigger store. The toner shipped quickly, too! Thanks so much.”
