“I purchased a toner cartridge from them for my HP printer. It worked great at first. All of a sudden I was getting ghost images and broken text. I called them and they told me it is possibly a defective cartridge. I was thinking it could be something they could help me resolve over the phone. They sent me another cartridge at no cost. It arrived two days later. I could not believe how quickly I received it. It did fix the issue. I am very pleased with their customer service.”

“As of this writing, the InkTonerStore has not answered emails or phone calls concerning the E40 cartridges I purchased that don't work. I will give them a little more time before I dispute the charge and go somewhere else.”

“I ordered 2 black and 2 color cartridges for our printers. Here I thought for what we paid for the cartridges hopefully they would work. The cartridges don’t work. I was going to call and see about sending them back to you. Nancy Walk, 281-350-4311”

“The Inktoner Store is a fast, easyand inexpensive ace tk buy toner for your printwr. We have a Dell printer with 4 separate Toner cartridges. Dell toner is ridiculously expensive. I found this website in a google search snd ordering could not have been easier. The website is very organized and lists every printer you can imagine But best of all it’s good quality toner, which arrjvec in only two days. I will definitely continue ordering from The Inktoner Store .”
