“I just made an order for a 4-pack of Ink Cartridges + a single, there was a slight problem with the order and the Ink Toner Store made it right immediately. Customer service is waning in this day in age and I found it refreshing to have an issue dealt with in such a timely manner. Very easy to order and good service to boot.”

“When I ordered the three toner's for my two HP printers, only the two was delivered within the 3 days. I contacted customer service via email, Jamie responded the following day and sent a replacement cartridge right away. I am so impressed with your service and will definitely buy again. I did recieve the missing cartridge and the replacement cartridge around the same time. I am going to send back the extra cartridge this weekend. Thank you again and I give your company and service 5 stars. Sincerely, Mike”

“I've ordered the Canon 054H Compatible High Yield Toner Cartridge 4 Pack three times from this store. The cartridges are pricey, but necessary to keep my printer going. I've always had good service, but the latest order really cemented my pleasure of working with the store. My latest order came and I immediately popped all of the cartridges into my printer, and it seemed to take forever for the noisy process of making sure they were going to work. Unfortunately, the magenta (red) cartridge seemed to be defective, and I got a message that it wasn't working. I tried to print, and it did print a photo, but the color was 'off'. I emailed the company, complied with their request for photos, and they sent me a replacement cartridge which I got within three days. I'm pleased with the service and will order from them again.”
