“I've ordered the Canon 054H Compatible High Yield Toner Cartridge 4 Pack three times from this store. The cartridges are pricey, but necessary to keep my printer going. I've always had good service, but the latest order really cemented my pleasure of working with the store. My latest order came and I immediately popped all of the cartridges into my printer, and it seemed to take forever for the noisy process of making sure they were going to work. Unfortunately, the magenta (red) cartridge seemed to be defective, and I got a message that it wasn't working. I tried to print, and it did print a photo, but the color was 'off'. I emailed the company, complied with their request for photos, and they sent me a replacement cartridge which I got within three days. I'm pleased with the service and will order from them again.”

“i was pleasantly surprised! received the order in three days. the cost of the items was very, very reasonable. the toner worked great in the printer. the quality of your product and service is appreciated, especially in view of the many dishonest and hostile businesses in this day and age.”

“Nothing bad to say about These people. I thought I was ordering the Toner for my printer, and ended up ordering the Drum tray itself, with no toner. I called the 1-800 number and got a very nice lady that helped me out immediately. # days later, I had toner for my printer, and had returned the other parts with 0 fuss. Will definitely use them again. Wayne King Crestview, FL”
