“We get great toner at a low price.”

“Very quick delivery!!! I made a mistake in ordering and thought I ordered toner, not the tray that held the toner. I was leary about being able to return for at least a partial refund since it was my fault. At first when I called customer service I didn't get an answer. But I did receive an email later and they completely helped me out in getting the product returned and correct product ordered. I waited to see their response and how they handled the return before ordering the correct product from them. Ended up they were superb in handling my return and I ordered the product from them. Thank you InkToneStore!”

“Unfortunately your cartridges not working in my printer. The printer is not recognized the ink cartridge and I can't print at all! However I not upset about this, what really disappointed me was your respond! I send an email to you and asked for help, but no answer! I use this printer for work and your customer service is not existing! Shame on you!! Never will purchase from you again! Total useless company! Heinz Dieter Stute”

“I received the D400 drum a few weeks ago. The item was well packed. I tried the drum and ran a copy of a page. It was a very pale copy. I put it back in the box and was going to send it back but decided to give it one more try. It must have been my fault the first time because the drum worked very well. Just what I need. I would definitely buy from this company again.”

“It arrived and used it for about a week with no problem. Then my printer indicated the cartridge was not in correctly - it should be removed and reinstalled. I tried this several times and kept getting the same message. I inserted an HP cartridge and printer now works fine. Looks like I wasted my money with my purchase from you. Please remove me from your mailing list.”

“In general, I have had good luck with buying toner and drums for my Brother printer/copiers. Out of over 20 toners, I have had one that did not work and one that only lasted a short time. Still a decent savings.”
