“ABSOLUTELY AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. COST 30% LESS THEN ANY OTHER SITES FOR SAME PRODUCT. I ORDERED THE WRONG THING BY MISTAKE. THEY SENT ME THE CORRECT PIECE OVER NIGHT AND DIDN'T EVEN CHARGE ME MORE. HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND”

“We will surely order from InkToner Store again. Their website is clear and totally user friendly for non-techies like us. We had no problem locating what we needed even though our printer is over 20 years old! Our ordered product was shipped promptly as well as timely updates on delivery. “Stephanie is an excellent customer service representative. When I received a defective toner cartridge, she graciously dispatched a replacement which arrived in a week. Since it also turned out to be defective, I'm obviously not pleased with the quality of Ink Toner's compatible E40 toner cartridge and will not be ordering it again.”

“The price is really good and shipping was excellent. I ordered magenta, cyan and black cartridges for my Epson XP-310 The magenta & cyan cartridges refilled my printer without issue. My printer didn't recognize the black and wouldn't load before a lot of tweeking. The cartridge didn't look like the other two, but I eventually got it to work. As I said the M & C looked just like my original Epson Cartidges. In the all is well and I'll probably order again.”
