“The review would have been much higher if the InkTonerStore would have explained the effectiveness of replacing the DR420 Drum Unit would make. I would have purchased the Drum Unit a couple of years earlier than I did. Thank you for at least providing the Drum Unit but you may want to have the Drum effectiveness in clearing up messy printers so your subscribers can benefit from a replaced Drum Unit. Thank you, Mark Morris”

“The toner I ordered did not fit in the printer model, even though it said it was compatible, so I had to return it. I will say the ordering was easy and it arrived quickly - so those are plusses - but just didn't work. I would use the store again in the future if need be.”

“I ordered the new cartridge before my existing one ran out and have not used it as of yet. As far as the customer service and shipping goes, this company is top notch. The toner was delivered as promised in a secure box. I look forward to using it.”

“HI The ink appears to be doing a good job of printing. I've only used it a few days. I am well pleased. Thanks Tim”

“Sadly it doesn't print from my HP 377dw. When installed into my HP 377dw, the machine states "Cannot guarantee printer performance with installed cartridges". To make them work, for each print, I must eject the cartridges and reinstall them. That will give me one print. I have to do this each time. I'm returning them.”
