“In general, I have had good luck with buying toner and drums for my Brother printer/copiers. Out of over 20 toners, I have had one that did not work and one that only lasted a short time. Still a decent savings.”

“Great product, amazing price, excellent value!! I would have paid almost 3 times if I had bought the original replacement for my brother printer. Instead I bought this one and could not be happier!! “I ordered lc51,received something else. I called store and had a very rude exchange with customer service. He tried to argue with me about what was shipped. He sent me return label. Its been almost 2 weeks and i still haven't received money back”

“I recently purchased a 4 cartridge package for our HP color laser jet printer. All but one fit the replacement spaces properly. ICE311A did not. At this point, I left the old nearly empty cartridge in place. How do we fix this? Your service up to this point have be great.”
