“I ordered a cartridge for a very old printer ink toner store gave me a very good deal . The cartridge came defective I emailed them back and told him so without any hesitation they sent me a new one it works perfectly very very satisfied”

“I got a very reasonable price for 2 refurbished toner cartridges to fit my 8 to 10-year-old HP printer. It works smoothly and provides excellent copy quality. “They need to fix the ordering process and I have an HP Office jet pro 8020 and what came up was not what I needed. I wound up being shipped the wrong ink. I had to return it and cancelled the order”

“Shortly after intalling my new cartridges and printing one time my printer gives me a message that one or more are missing or damaged. I live on a fixed income and this is very disappointing now I have to go buy more ink because my printer won't print. This is not acceptable. I should be compensated for this expense.”

“This was my first experience with the InktonerStore. They were very pleasant and cooperative when I told them that the toner that they originally send didn't fit my printer. They walked me through the problem and sent the proper toner without any extra charge. Their price is way below the company I have been dealing with and the toner prints very well. Their packaging was also very secure and received in perfect shape.”
