“Great product, amazing price, excellent value!! I would have paid almost 3 times if I had bought the original replacement for my brother printer. Instead I bought this one and could not be happier!! I love it!! If you need a replacement I highly recommend this company and their products!!! You guys rock!!”

“I ordered ink cartridges and one had no ink, other one ink leaked. Can't get ahold of anyone when you call. Prices are good though.”

“I ordered lc51,received something else. I called store and had a very rude exchange with customer service. He tried to argue with me about what was shipped. He sent me return label. Its been almost 2 weeks and i still haven't received money back”

“I recently purchased a 4 cartridge package for our HP color laser jet printer. All but one fit the replacement spaces properly. ICE311A did not. At this point, I left the old nearly empty cartridge in place. How do we fix this? Your service up to this point have be great.”
