“Very quick delivery!!! I made a mistake in ordering and thought I ordered toner, not the tray that held the toner. I was leary about being able to return for at least a partial refund since it was my fault. At first when I called customer service I didn't get an answer. But I did receive an email later and they completely helped me out in getting the product returned and correct product ordered. I waited to see their response and how they handled the return before ordering the correct product from them. Ended up they were superb in handling my return and I ordered the product from them. Thank you InkToneStore!”

“Consistently on-time delivery and ink of good quality, with no paper jams. Last year I purchased a competitor's bran toner cartridges, three of them. I had to return all three.”

“Great selection and prices. They were also willing to work through a return on a product even though the issue was related to the printer, not the toner cartridge. I will be happy to be a return customer.”

“I received the D400 drum a few weeks ago. The item was well packed. I tried the drum and ran a copy of a page. It was a very pale copy. I put it back in the box and was going to send it back but decided to give it one more try. It must have been my fault the first time because the drum worked very well. Just what I need. I would definitely buy from this company again.”

“Great product, amazing price, excellent value!! I would have paid almost 3 times if I had bought the original replacement for my brother printer. Instead I bought this one and could not be happier!! I love it!! If you need a replacement I highly recommend this company and their products!!! You guys rock!!”
