“Stephanie did a great job resolving a shipping issue with a recent order. She was super helpful over the phone and immediately solved the problem when I called to check on my mssing order. I wish all customer service representatives were as proactive and helpful as her. Even though the order was not filled in a timely manner, she was caring and did her best to immediately rectify the situation.”

“Very pleased with how fast the order arrived. The price for the ink toner was reasonable. The package arrived earlier than the estimated date of arrival. I defiantly will order from them again.”

“First knock-off toner we have ordered for our HP M276nw and we have not been disappointed. Shipping was quick, packaging was doubled box, the cartridges loaded and configured fine and works for general printing well. Can't say how many pages you get vs the HP cartridges but at 1/4 of the price its worth trying it out. We will definetly order again.”

“I'm a long time customer. On 1/3/25,by order #100282601, I purchased a 5 pack of toner. As of today, the order has not arrived. I checked on line and it appears the order is in West Chester, PA. I ordered well in advance of time in need. Now I'm faced with having to buy a cartridge at an Office Depot for a price above what I paid for the 5 pack. Tried repeatedly to contact the telephone # on the order confirmation for answers, but no answer. If you are serious, please call me at (727) 576-8378.”
