“I have a Brother MFC-L2750DW (multifunction laser printer) I purchased June 2023. I have used 3 InkTonerStore compatible toner cartridges and 2 out of the 3 I have been very pleased with. The one toner cartridge I wasn't happy with had a faded or very light print from day one and stayed that way thoughout its life, but I did continue to use it until it was empty because I paid for it. The other 2 cartridges had a nice deep and dark black print each time. My laser printer only prints black.”

“The service is very good --- I may say exceptional customer service. I do have some issues which i believe is with the printer. Maybe you might be able to help in that sense. The problem is that i have vertical grey line in the paper. I will most likely call again for some advice.”
