“I didn't receive an emailed confirmation as promised and had to call for a tracking number. I received the toner and it didn't fit my printer (it was the correct toner) There was a piece of metal sticking out the side blocking it from sliding in properly and the guide to protect the drum was hanging off. After some investigating, I corrected both issues and tried again. Now all it does is dump toner on the paper, nothing that resembles what I need printed. I have called them twice about getting the situation corrected and have received no response. I'm looking for a refund and/or replacement functional toner.”

“I alwasy received a good inktone from Inktoner store.com each time I ordered. However, I received a not so perfect inktone last week. I send them an email about my intone issue. InkTonerStore.com immediatly send me a replacment cartage. I received them today through UPS. Thank You very much for your excellent services.”

“Stephanie did a great job resolving a shipping issue with a recent order. She was super helpful over the phone and immediately solved the problem when I called to check on my mssing order. I wish all customer service representatives were as proactive and helpful as her. Even though the order was not filled in a timely manner, she was caring and did her best to immediately rectify the situation.”
