“I've done my video call tonight, one of the attempts failed but the lady who I dealt with went through it again and hopefully its been a success. I have to send my impressions in and I guess we will see if they pass. Fingers crossed they do. I have to say Rachael who did my zoom call was lovely, she was polite helpful and very patient and happy! Which is sooo nice to see. Rachael needs a bonus ?”

“Great customer service so far, just completed video call with Cheryl and couldn't be happier, she was very friendly, helpful and knew exactly what she was doing, made the process feel so much easier. Emails always replied to very promptly, I highly recommend this company if you're looking to improve your smile. This is great for me until I go to Europe next summer to get real veneers done. Thank you to insta smile and Cheryl, I can't wait to receive product it will do my smile and therefore confidence wonders 10/10 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

“I had my Video Session for my Impressions with Rachael! The video Session was really good! She took her time to make me feel comfortable as I was a little bit nervous. The Dental Consultant (Rachael) ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️? Rachael was absolutely Amazing. I am so happy I chose to do my Impression together with her. She is very patient and really takes her time to explains the whole process for you! 2.Demonstrations Also she gives very good and clear demonstrations on what you exactly have to do. She first gives an example and than allows you to do it. Then she will inform you if you did it correctly or would need some adjustment. 3. Feedback One of the things I mostly appreciated and liked about Rachael was that afterwards every step she would give you feedback on how you did! 4. Questions Rachael also allows you to ask as many questions as you need to feel comfortable and she was also able to answer all of my questions! She in addition consults one of the specialist to ensure to give you the best advice possible. 5. Natural vs straight Also Rachael gave some good advice on which type of veneers would best fit your own dental profile. I was really happy that she did! Cause they give you some good advice. And considerations. If I have to recommend someone to do his impression with “I would say Rachael!” Thankyou so much Rachael!”

“The impressions process is quite challenging and may take multiple attempts but the final product is well worth the hassle. I was born without enamel on my teeth, and the coating applied decades ago has since worn nearly off, instasmile delivered a product that far surpassed my expectations, and boosted my self confidence immeasurably. 5 stars for the final product- 3 stars for the process and customer service.”

“So happy with the overall process the customer service with this company is impeccable. From ordering the kit and receiving the impression they phoned me from start to finish and offered a appointment at the headquarters which was brilliant as i wanted to get the impressions right first time. The staff there were so friendly and helpful very welcoming no awkwardness the woman doing the impressions cant remember her name was excellent easy to talk to we also had help from one of the guy from the lab. Thanks instasmile i can't wait to receive my veneers”

“after weeks of trying to get in contact with INSTAsmile to rectify my upper veneer With a crack appearing. I was finally able to get through to a lady called Cheryl who was brilliant .. finally getting my veneer sorted for me .. real credit to the company and very polite and a pleasure to talk to thank you very much”

“My sister is completely satisfied with her instasmile veneer. The whole process was amazingly fast, from receiving the impression kit to the receiving the completed product. Customer service was great, although it would’ve been better if they have had 24 hours live chat. But its certainly no deal breaker. Its still a wonderful product and service from instasmile.”

“I didn’t know a smile would be possible for someone like me. Growing up with discoloured teeth, I was always self conscious, I lacked confidence and was unable to chase after a lot of dreams that I’m now chasing after! I discovered instasmile and it’s been my heaven sent! Exactly what I wanted, involved no invasive procedure, cost effective and custom made. What more could I ask for.......thanks to instasmile!!!”

“I’m giving 5 stars because of the excellent customer service. I was fortunate to be able to take my impressions in their lab so a staff member guided me through the process and made sure the impressions were suitable. I also collected from there just a week later. I was then invited along to a VIP all expenses paid day out and treated really well. Everyone was so helpful and friendly from start to finish.”

“Absolutely amazing ! My first set didn’t clip in and was very loose but was still amazing and everyday I get compliments on my smile. Got my second set of veneers today and they are so so amazing I can’t believe how real this set looks ! Worth every penny ! Cant live without my veneers now ! Everyday use. “Spoke to Rachel today on the phone she was very helpful as I had to redo my impressions with a rescue kit .. As I have been worrying that I wont get my smile but she put me at ease and she was one of the most friendly happy customer service advisors I'd ever spoken to as i dont usually like to speak on the phone . Very polite and answered all my questions and offered all the help i needed . Looking forward to getting my veneers now so i can put a great review for the company.”
