“I applied for car insurance yesterday and did not get my policy, called today the customer service and asked for the policy, they told me our advisor will get back to you but nobody called me or emailed me and tried calling again with no answer”

“I have been getting my insurance needs done by Insurance Market/Afia Insurance for the past 4-5 years now. Glenn Adrias, my service advisor has been exceeding my expectations and he is very efficient and highly professional in his approach. “I GENERALLY DO NOT LIKE TO WRITE - BUT IT IS IMPORTANT I DO WRITE - I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH MY SERVICE ADVISOR - AS U NEVER VCAN REACH HER ON PHONE - THEY NEVER RETURN UR CALLS - THE MANAGER OR HEAD OF DEPARTMENTS HAS NO RESPECT ALSO FOR CALLING BACK CUSTOMER - I HAVE BEEN THERE CUSTOMER FOR LONG - MY EARLIER AGENTS WERE BETTER - THEY ARE NO LONGER THERE - RIGHT NOW I WILL NEVER EVER TAKE THIS INSURANCE AGAIN - ABSOLUTLEY PATHETIC SERVICE - THEY NEVER EVER ANSWER UR CALLS THEY ARE NEVER REACHABLE”

“My car went into major repairs and it was anticipated to be in the workshop for more than a month but bec.of constant follow up by the Agent car repairs was finished in 2weeks (after the approval process that usually takes 10days) This made me so happy! Many thanks to Lorraine and esp. to Amjad for assisting me throughout the process. Keep up the great work! 5☆ customer service to you both!”
