“I enjoyed the experience of dealing with the insurance market even though I did not get insurance. I like their quick responses to the requests that I had and taking prompt to respond to those requests quickly. Maybe in the future, I will try the insurance market earlier, and unlike this time where I had a couple of days to renew my car registration.”

“The website doesn't give any online quotes which pretty much defeats the purpose. I basically had to fill in my details and wait for someone to send me a quote by email. What's the point really? I received a call from someone in sales. I asked him to call me back in 2 minutes which he didn't. It has been 2 hours since.”

Upon further investigation, we found that your motor insurance inquiry for Nissan Maxima 2016 model was assigned to one of our advisors, Mr. Ahmar on 5th July 2020. We are not certain if you have received our emails as we have identified that the advisor has sent comparison quotes from different insurance providers (AXA and Qatar Insurance) through email on the same day. Moreover, we found that you have inquired for the same vehicle and the inquiry was assigned to another advisor, Mr. Tausif on 5th July 2020.
