“My rating of your company is 5/5. I'm extremely pleased with my experience with your great company, and the excellent insurance agent, Mr. Gautam Khosla, who assisted me through this process. Not only was Mr. Khosla very professional, he was extremely patient as well. This was my first time obtaining insurance for myself, and I sometimes struggled to understand the process. This said, Mr. Khosla gently guided me through everything. Mr. Khosla is not only a professional, but an extremely likeable person as well. Aside from your excellent insurance plan, Mr. Khosla was a big part of why I stayed with your company. I'm struggling to think of anything upon which you could improve. I know that kind of feedback can be helpful for a company, but from my experience, you have a wonderful company, and an amazing insurance agent in Mr. Khosla. He is a definite asset to your company. “I had an excellent experience dealing with Gautam Khosla. He followed up my initial inquiry with a phone call and noted that I wasn't able to talk about this for several weeks so made a note to call me back and provide me with excellent information. He was available today to also answer questions as I completed the application process. I would highly recommend this Health and Travel Insurance specialist. He did a wonderful job without being pushy or intrusive. Very sincerely, Deb Wilkins”
