“Overall performance was good. Very good product knowledge. Very nice telephone demeanor. Very professional. Area of improvement would be punctuality with phone interviews. A little tardy on 2 occasions. Overall, I am happy with Eric's performance.”

“Service was prompt.. communication could be improved.. felt a bit ignored after first call... I had to reach out via email several times for same question...then had to call to get answer..everything did get answered and I am happy with end result .. paperwork has been filed and I look forward to enjoying the services offered.”

“Sourabh was a great help. He was very intuitive and responsive to every question I had. This process took a couple of weeks but he was very patient and understanding as I learned which Insurance best fit my needs.
