“Following my online inquiry for Trip Cancellation and Interruption insurance, Michael Breen of Insurdinary called me to discuss my needs. Michael had great knowledge of the product and was very professional and efficient, providing the quote very quickly. He answered all of my questions, including staying on the line while I reviewed the documents he emailed to me. Excellent job, I will definately use Insurdinary again. Thank you Michael for your excellent customer service!”

“it is ok ,very low coverage thought it would be lot better not much coverage for things like teeth and eye glasses, consider the cost of thing now, and being a pensioner not good coverage but ok”

Hi Bill and Nicole, Thank you for taking the time to provide us with this feedback. It helps us to gather important information to improve our services. Our practice here at Alliance is to never over or undersell our customers. Having said that, as we are a broker, we don't create the plans, the insurance companies do. Our licensed agents have access to the technology to view multiple policies from Canada's top providers to provide you with the best policy for your needs and within your budget. There are, of course, other plans that have more dental and vision care, but they come at a higher price point which our agent would never have recommended due to the details you provided us. We have kept her in the loop on your concerns over your plan, and she is more than happy to circle back with you to discuss it further. “Sorry for the mistake. It was a joy to deal with Micheal. Best prices. I am a member of CAA and it was nearly 3 times price. Some places didn't even send a cost or asked too many questions; Micheal said "unrelated; too many questions". It is only my 2nd trip. Micheal had great patience and was great with me also being slow due to being physically challenged. Very happy.”
