“They had my product, at the best price and it was delivered super quick. Only reason for 4 and not 5 stars is that we haven't used it yet as it is part of a birthday present. As such, I haven't checked the quality, etc but I'm sure it is fine.”

“Amazing website with lots of products, easy to place an order and the tracking updates for delivery were great. Parcel was well packed and arrived within the estimated delivery. I ordered the Arcadia shade dweller UV and it was incredibly easy to set up & looks amazing. Overall very pleased and would highly recommend.”

“Ordered and paid, needed to add an item that I forgot, as it was 1 minute 40 seconds after placing the order I presumed that amending would be ok, apparently not, tried to make me pay delivery twice so didn't bother ordering and won't use these again, original item was rubbish so threw away.”

“Placed an order and never got it. No apology or explanation to why. They told me they would investigate with the breeders but i heard nothing. My emails was ignored. They did answer me . after a week of emails and i got a refund. Very bad Customer service.”

“You can't beat internet reptile's prices so I get all my reptile and amphibian supplies here. If I ever need to get in touch with customer support they're always quick to respond and very helpful. Along with quick dispatch times there's really no reason to shop anywhere else.”
