“I hadn’t ordered anything from internet reptile previously. When I found the price of product I wanted to order was cheaper than other competitors I decided to give them a go. It was very quick despatch and delivery, definitely an efficient service. I would buy from them again and I would recommend. Very happy :-)”

“I would like to review your dwarf tropical woodlice but I would have needed to receive them first. Poorly packed parcel with flies, fly culture and springtails. Culture leaked as it was packed in the box sideways with no this way up markings. No notification was on the delivery note that this was a part order. Tried to call but your not accepting calls, used contact form on the front of your website, doesn't work. I then had to scroll through your website to find another form to contact you on. Within three hours of my message being sent, I received a refund from PayPal for the woodlice. At no point have I had any contact from you. Will not be using you again. I'd give 0 stars if I could.”
