“Unfortunately, the item I ordered arrived crushed (I think the post office used it as a football). However, it had arrived quickly and when I contacted Internet Reptile to let them know the condition of the item they dealt with the issue promptly and politely. Things do go wrong sometimes but what you want is a company that engages with you and helps you if they do. I’m very impressed with their customer service and would not hesitate to buy from them in the future.”
