“Just can't fault the IR Team. Such quick delivery, always packaged great so no issues. Even if something is out of stock they always get back to me either on the live chat or via email to let me know when it's due back in. Hat's off to them. I wouldn't go anywhere else!”

“My first purchase with this company; a UV light. As we went to fit the light, found the bulb to have been smashed, presumably in transit. We had a urgent need for the light to be fitted, so were frustrated that we could not complete the installation. I made immediate contact with the sales team. Their response was prompt and very efficent. New bulb despatched immediately, received and fitted all within 48hours. Things can always go wrong within a business, given the volumes handled, but I consider that a company's response to a problem, tells you all you need to know about that buisness. Superb service, will not hesitate to use going forward, thank you.”
