“Ordered a couple of times for my royal pythons, shipping is really fast and efficient. My frozen rats were delivered promptly and very much still frozen. I was unsure how to handle the dry ice because I didn’t see any instructions other than what was on the bag of dry ice, but a quick google search told me what to do.”
