“Not very good at all. Not recommended. Don' t think worth buying. Hard to assemble. Screws not fit well and the holes on the frame are stuck by plastic. It is also a bit broken. Had to buy a new one for my chalemeons... The website might be good, but the product is not recommended. I forget how long the delivery takes but it might be about 5 days? I am not quite sure about this.”

“Quick but very unhappy with oackagaing as it wasn’t contained and loosely in a bag. 500 crickets loose. It didn’t make for good translation to the feed containers.”

“Good quality chicks, but it took over a week to deliver and when emailed about it not much help. Then when it was dispatched 8 days later had an email to say it has all been resolved, when really it hadn't as paid £10 for delivery and only dispatched 8 DAYS later :( wouldnt purchase here again unless I have a big supply as you don't know when they will turn up.”
