“very good service, delivery was alittle long, but thats down to royal mail, box was wet as they left it in the rain, emailed INTERNET REPTILES, within a week they sent me a replacement as the first one was damaged, no questions no problems, will deal with this company from now on. VERY GOOD.”

“Bought from here for the first time. Unfortunately there was an issue with the courier, not Internet Reptiles fault but resulted in our frozen order sitting at a neighbours house overnight (despite there bring someone at home all day waiting for the order)! Courier assured neighbour we would get an email to say where it was as she was going out to work but the email never arrived. Majority of the order was defrosted when we got it and we had to refreeze. Now we are battling with defrosting and separating them and are having to waste more than we can use! Bad first experience which has put me off using them in future.”
