“I had a small problem with my order which was sorted out very calmly and professionally and promptly. Even allowing for the need for a second delivery for a missing item it all arrived very promptly. The goods were also accurately described on the website. Thank you”

“One vivarium arrived slightly damaged but won't affect the use of it. Would say that's down to the delivery company not the seller. Plenty of Cork bark for 5kg bag. All happy with the order regardless”
