“My old megaray bulb popped unexpectedly and I needed a new one asap. After an internet search, I found Internet Reptile had the best price for a 275w. I used their chat box to ask how quickly they could get it to me and was answered straight away. They told me I had 10 minutes until their next day delivery booking time and that they would look out for the order to get it booked up straight away. It turned up at 10am the very next morning! I couldn't have asked for a better service. Thank you so much, you saved me (and my tortoises) from a massive problem!”

“Well It arrived safe and sound the only problem was the first order didn’t go threw so then I placed an second and it went threw perfectly but I was getting at least 5 emails in one day telling me to check out when I already did it was a pain I emailed back well I tried anyway since I don’t know how to work email but that’s why I rated 2 stars”
