“Delivery fast package came in perfect condition, i usually buy from pets at home but they do not always have stock so i was desperate to feed my snakes i wouldn't normally pay the 10.00 postage as i think its alot of money for me personally but i would definitely buy from this company again also i think its better quality of frozen rat my 2 corn snakes loved them so thank you very much! :-)”

“Had problems with the order as the screws and fittings were missing from the box but Ben on your help desk worked tirelessly to sort the problem which was more difficult than you can imagine. He kept in contact every step of the way and eventually the problem was sorted. Well done Ben he is a credit to your company”

“This tank is perfect. I was sceptical and looking online for the cheapest possible terrarium but instead decided a habitat is something you can’t skimp out on, and even so it’s definitely worth the money!! I can’t fault it at all, great locking systems and the back rock wall can be removed and fits cables down the back (I put a matt heater in mine) and there are little slots at the top to let out cables with a slider that shuts any unused holes. My frog is very very happy in there.”
