“Came in good time but badly packed and one of the jars of tortoise pellets had emptied into the box which meant they went everywhere when I opened it. Not a bad review as I don’t know how it was handled by the couriers but obviously not great for me.”

“Items were delivered quickly and arrived in perfect condition. I ordered 3x 3L braplast and will definitely be ordering again, order process was very easy and email updates for dispatch and delivery were a great touch making sure I could be home to receive the order”

“I ordered sphagnum moss and with all substrate, it needs to be frozen or baked to ensure mites are not in the moss. However, upon opening my bag of moss I found several spiders inside. I felt absolutely awful as I was in the process of baking the moss, I can’t understand why such a big company isn’t doing something to ensure small critters aren’t harmed or LIVING in what they sell!”
