“Item arrived broken. Replacement offered but I have to cover return cost. Not right. Won’t be buying anything from internet reptile again and wouldn’t recommend to anyone. I wasn’t going to bother leaving a negative review, but as you keep emailing asking for my review, here you are!!”

“Bulb and deep dome arrived safely. Annoyingly I had to order them separately as I thought it was just the bulb that had gone but it turned out to be the holder too. Internet reptile dispatched both very quickly so my tortoise wasn’t without his lamp for long.”

“The products were great. I’m not great at practical stuff so an instruction guide how to adjust the stand and attach the light etc would have really helped. I struggled with the adjustments and initially put the bulb in upside down. Tortoise seems happy enough with the new light :)”
