“Ordered food and substrate for my dragons on 6th march said delivery by 9th march. Didn't arrive contacted you and was told driver attempted delivery and no one in . Said it was out fir delivery again yesterday but again nothing . I've contacted the delivery company and they told me thst your company never gave them a contact number for me which you do have . They have been trying the past 4 days to get my phone number off you bur again wasn't given to them. They are now coming Monday nearly a week later as I gave them my number myself . If my dragons live food turns up dead or unhealthy because its been boxed up for a week then I will be bringing them into your store and I will want a refund . I've had to go out and buy more food now until Monday. I'm not happy about this at all . Its very bad buisness not to supply my content number to the delivery company. I will not order from you again . Linda Sherriff”

“Our order was delivered to the wrong address (a fault of the delivery company not Internet reptile) and your staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the process. Once we received the products for our geckos, they were great quality.”

“Owner of 1st pigmy hedgehog & needed to order items for the viv. Chose internet reptile as they offered free p&p as well as a discount. Glad I did as they also offered 1st class service with my items arriving the next day. Highly recommended!!”
