“Great service spot on time for collection ,the one minus is you don't get a receipt for the parcel on collection from the courier.”

“A1 Service! Easy to use website; even takes paypal, so you know its a secure payment. Speedy pick up and Delivery. You even get a text message telling you the parcel has arrived safely at its destination. Apparently texts the person you're sending it to as well. Text message clear and detailed - telling you who signed for it. I didn't have to worry about anything. Oh and did I mention cost effective too! much cheaper than other quotes I got and doesn't matter what size your parcel is or how bulky. Got turned down by other sites because my item was too long! Would definitely use again. Saved in my favourites!”

“I always have used Interparcel. They offer the best rates. Their website is extremely well laid out and very easy to use! I haven't ever had a late delivery or damage. All around a good value for money and I have recommended them on several occasions to people I know.”

“Excellent service, on line experience to organise collection excellent, printed label good. Driver arrive to collect parcel, a very nice polite and courteous man, it was quite a heavy item, he lifted it for me right out to his van. I receive a text very prompt that the parcel was out for delivery, another text to say it had been delivered and signed by the person named on the label. You have got your system operating very well. Thank you for the experience, and all this in less than 24hrs. I will certain use your service again.”

“Easy peasy. Got a great price. Less than a third of Royal Mail, FedEx and DPD. Booked, paid, printed the labels all in 4 minutes from my iPhone. The only let-down was a useless member of staff at the drop off point on a Sunday morning who could not accept the parcel through lack of knowledge. However, dropped it off the following day with no issues and all went smoothly from there.”

“From my initial telephone booking everything went smoothly. No hanging around waiting for the courier to arrived and when he did was most pleasant. The next day I received a text message informing me that my parcel had arrived at it's destination - and all at a good price. Thank you would use your sevice again.”

“I always select Interparcel UK Standard which is a next-day tracked and signed-for service operated by UPS at a good price. I've never had a problem the few times I've used them over the years. My last parcel over a metre in length was delivered from Bedfordshire to Scotland next day for ?10. Nothing else could match that in my opinion.”

“Our first time using a courier service - it was so easy, much cheaper than I thought it would be, instructions were clear and precise, even the labels were provided ! our parcel was collected exactly as they said it would be. An all round good experience - we shall definitely be using them again.”

“Easy process art from one thing. I assumed the address label which I received was the shipping label. I used this and went to the sending location only to be told I needed he label with the barcode. I called your service desk (087 number a bit off putting) and was told the shipping label had been sent. Checking, it arrived while I was in transit. Recommend you do not send the address label to avoid confusion.”

“It was trouble free booking collection on line. I think the time for collection was 8.00am to 6.00 pm, parcel was actually collected by a very kind gentleman at about 12.35 pm. Didn't have to wait in all day. The only issue I have is that when I asked for a receipt, the gentleman who collected said " No Receipt " I just had to sign his clipboard collection sheet. I find that is not a good system, because I have no proof that my parcel has been collected.”

“I've been suing this service for years. normally it works well, but it doest got my parcel lost on the way for a couple of times per year. Considering the quantity I've sent it not too bad, but I still can't understand why a fully tracker parcel can get lost! If it's fully tracked then you will be able to allocate where exactly it lost and guess it's been pretty easy to find out if the warehouse is organised enough.”
